The estimated annual salary for this role is £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:

Job Description">

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate Adult Mental Health Practitioner to work with our Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) in Ipswich. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessing patients in crisis, and developing treatment plans to support their recovery.

You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver person-centered treatment packages and ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Our team is proactive and highly skilled at managing risk and supporting service users in East Suffolk who are presenting in crisis.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge as a mental health professional, working in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will also have access to ongoing professional development opportunities to help you achieve your career goals.

As a key member of our team, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, using your clinical skills to assess and manage complex cases. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of our team's policies and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A nursing degree or equivalent qualification
  • Ongoing professional development working towards degree level
  • Experience in mental health practice, including risk assessment and management
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel independently
