Clinical Leader in Older People's Mental Health

We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Leader in Older People's Mental Health to join our Older People's Mental Health Service Crisis Home Treatment Team in East Suffolk.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have 6 months experience in relevant clinical area and be able to demonstrate evidence of knowledge of diagnosis, treatment, and management of complex mental illness. They will also have effective team working, flexibility, and a driving license/able to travel independently.
Main Responsibilities- Provide clinical leadership and expertise in older people's mental health
- Support the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives
The estimated salary for this position is £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience. The post also offers a range of benefits including access to a £12,000 relocation expenses, up to £800 per annum professional development budget, and paid study leave (on application and approval).
