About the Role

X1 Lettings is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Media City office. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing strong relationships with clients, and leading a team of professionals to achieve exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: Oversee the daily operations of the portfolio, ensuring smooth functioning and optimal performance.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of professionals to achieve business objectives, provide training and development opportunities, and foster a supportive team environment.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
  • Business Development: Identify new revenue streams, analyze business strategies, and implement new processes to drive business growth and best practice.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and review weekly management reports, analyzing portfolio performance and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business principles, including finance, marketing, and sales.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team, provide guidance and support, and foster a positive team culture.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed business decisions.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: £23,000 - £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • Annual Leave: 25 days plus Bank Holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas.
