About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Resident Care Coordinator to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of skill and expertise.

As a Resident Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of care and support to our residents, ensuring that each resident receives the individualised care and support they need.

The Role:

  • Coordinate the delivery of care and support to residents with varying needs and abilities
  • Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the care team
  • Assist residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing
  • Support residents to maintain their independence and dignity

Rewards Package

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including:

Working Hours

This is a bank position, which means that you will be required to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. We offer a flexible approach to shift patterns, allowing you to choose when you work and how many hours you want to commit to.
