About the Role

The Strategic Growth Manager will be responsible for leading the expansion of our market reach, developing and executing business strategies to identify new opportunities, and forging strong relationships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute business strategies to identify new market opportunities.
* Foster strong, profitable relationships with key clients through effective communication and negotiation skills.
* Lead negotiations and close deals to meet or exceed financial targets, utilizing expertise in sales and marketing strategies.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
* Proven track record of driving business growth and executing market strategies.

Salary and Benefits:
* Competitive salary: £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
