P&S Personnel is looking for a talented Account Growth Specialist to help drive the growth of Channel Partners in hardware and airtime sales. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the success of our EMEA region.
Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Identify and develop growth initiatives to increase Channel Partner profit.
- Build strong relationships with Channel Partners to understand their needs and preferences.
- Qualify customer opportunities and identify areas for up-sell/cross-sell.
- Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely updates to customer and opportunity information.
- Create sales campaigns to increase revenue and promote company Value Added Services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in account management or sales operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and CRM systems.
Working Hours and Salary
This is a full-time position with estimated annual salary range of £65,000 - £85,000, Monday - Friday.
