We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. This exciting role offers the opportunity to drive new service growth, focusing on fire and safety equipment services, equipment hire, and product supply within the Oil & Gas and Commercial Marine sectors.

Job Description

  • Estimated salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
  • Company car

Requirements

  • Experience in field sales and relationship selling
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM system – Training is provided
  • Existing experience and client base in Commercial Marine and/or Oil, Gas & Marine or adjacent markets
  • Proven track record of selling technical service solutions
  • Ability to present technical and commercial information
  • Autonomous yet proactive team player
  • Resourceful with excellent customer engagement skills
  • Proven track record of achieving outstanding results
