Lead Care Assistant Role:

About the Position:

The successful candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care, as well as specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly. Strong leadership skills and a warm, compassionate approach to care are essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of Care Assistants
  • Collaborate with the clinical team on medication, assessments, care plans, and care reviews
