Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a team of Residential Child Care Workers in one of our homes located in Winchester, Hampshire.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma.

Salary and Benefits

£46,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Job Description

As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Residential Child Care Workers and ensuring the provision of high-quality care and support to young people.

You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement policies and procedures that meet the needs of our service users.

Requirements

  1. Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce, working towards or completed Level 5 in Leadership and Management
  2. Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a children's residential setting within the last five years
  3. Experience working with children who have faced adverse childhood experiences and trauma
