As a Data Management Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing the Financial Planning department's administrative tasks. You will work closely with Financial Planners to ensure seamless delivery of client services.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They will also have experience in client administration and strong stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the administration team, ensuring timely completion of tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure data security.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.
