Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Financial Planning Team Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent client outcomes, conducting appraisals, and driving performance within the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. To work closely with financial planners to deliver first-class results.
  2. Conduct regular team meetings and provide coaching and training to develop the team's skills.
  3. Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company policies.
  4. Process business in accordance with required processes and proactive pipeline management.
  5. To identify and report any risks, breaches, or errors.
  6. Work in partnership with senior leaders to develop team plans and identify training needs.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in client administration within the financial planning sector.
  • Strong stakeholder management and positive influencing skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid working environment.
