Job Title: Children and Young People Support Manager

Location: Burton on Trent, UK

Salary: £14.50 per hour plus £60 per sleep night (approx. £34,000 - £35,000 per annum)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced manager to provide exceptional care and support to children and young people in our residential home.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home
  • Ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of residents
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in child care and management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Good understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
