Tudor Employment is seeking a dedicated Residential Care Practitioner to join our team. Based in Burton on Trent, this role offers a competitive salary of £23,000 (unqualified) to £24,000 (qualified), plus sleep ins paid at an additional £60 per night.

As a key member of our team, you will work with children and young people to create positive outcomes and promote independence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Direct practical interactions with children and young people, including play, activities, cooking, personal care, and engaging with the wider community.
  • General house duties and maintenance, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for all residents.
  • Completing health and safety checks and adhering to individual risk assessments.
