About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Progress Coach to join our team at Burton and South Derbyshire College. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the academic and personal development of our students, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Job Description

The Progress Coach will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring student attendance and addressing any issues that may impact their learning
  • Liaising with parents and guardians to ensure they are informed about their child's progress
  • Providing pastoral and emotional support to students, including safeguarding referrals when necessary
  • Representing the college at meetings and events, promoting the benefits of education and our college values
