Progress Coach - Maternity Cover

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Progress Coach to join our team on a fixed-term basis for up to 1 year. The successful candidate will work term-time, 38 weeks per year, with a full-time commitment of 37 hours per week.

Salary: £24,748 pro rata (£20,797 per annum)

About the Role

The Progress Coach plays a vital role in supporting and encouraging our young people. Key responsibilities include:

  • Attendance monitoring
  • Representation at meetings
  • Liaison with parents
  • Ongoing pastoral and emotional support
  • Safeguarding referrals
