Job Title: Infrastructure Planning Director

Salary: £47,500 per annum

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Planning Director to join our team at the Port of Great Yarmouth. As a key member of our engineering department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure plans to meet operational demands and business asset strategies.

Your Role:
  • You will manage the planning and delivery of preventative maintenance schedules to ensure alignment with operational demands and business asset strategies.
  • You will provide key user support for SAP-EAM and ensure adherence to internal compliance and external legislation.
  • You will work closely with other departments to plan and execute local minor capital projects, ensuring quality, time, and budget targets are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in an engineering role, ideally gained in a heavy engineering sector.
  • Ability to manage a small team of skilled engineers.
  • Demonstrable experience of planning and delivering effective asset management.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build and manage relationships with contractors and third parties.
