About the Role:

This position involves managing the lifecycle of a project through feasibility, approval, design, construction, completion, commissioning, handover, and post-project review. You will lead the core project team to ensure effective delivery of a project and procure sufficient resources to deliver the programmed project workload.

The ideal candidate will use appropriate monitoring & reporting systems to provide a professional project management service. They will identify and manage risks within the project lifecycle, including preparation and upkeep of risk registers and contingency logs.

Additionally, this role requires overseeing the construction process, including contractual matters, performance, quality, health, safety, and environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives.
  2. Manage and maintain accurate records of asset information and activities.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
