About the Role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our Scottish-based properties, delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of a 4-star property, ensuring high standards across restaurants, accommodations, and services.
  • Lead and train management teams, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Collaborate with the Group Operations Director to develop properties and explore new business opportunities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in 4-star hotel environments, with knowledge of corporate events, leisure spa, and golf tourism markets. A strong background in Food & Beverage, particularly in premium fine dining establishments, is highly preferred.

A strong eye for detail and ability to deliver luxury service while creating a distinctive culture at the property are essential skills.
