Pertemps Glasgow is looking for a highly skilled Property Law Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our property team, you will be responsible for coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel for the team.

You will also be responsible for assisting with billing, invoicing, and general financial administration, as well as filing, scanning, and maintaining organised electronic and paper records.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 per annum, pension scheme, and ongoing training and professional development support. Our office is located in Edinburgh, but we are happy to discuss remote work options.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong organisational skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
