Director/Head of NPD Job Description

Artisan People is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director/Head of New Product Development to join its team in Paddington. This is a 3-day-per-week, 2-day-from-home role that requires a strong leader to guide the NPD Team through all aspects of product development projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and guide the NPD Team in creating business cases, commercial optimisation plans, and product launch strategies.
  • Develop and implement the strategic direction of the NPD function to align with the company's goals, consumer needs, and product messaging.
  • Collaborate closely with Commercial, Retail, Operations, and Growth Directors, as well as other key stakeholders.
  • Drive the creation of world-class products by integrating customer feedback, market trends, and scientific advancements in skincare.
  • Champion the group brands, ensuring product offerings are effective and resonate with the target demographic.
  • Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring seamless collaboration across medical, marketing, operations, technology, creative, CS, and growth teams.
