Regional Sales and Partnership Director

Acorn by Synergie Careers is a leading provider of water hygiene, water treatment, and Legionella risk management services. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team and help drive growth in the industry.
The successful candidate will have a good working knowledge of the Water Treatment Industry and a clear understanding of current Codes of Practice, British Standards, Guidance's, HTM's etc. They will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and approaching new business opportunities in their region and beyond.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and has a proven track record of success in business development. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling Closed System contracts, Engineering aspects of Water Treatment, Chemical dosing control and chemical products, Steam Boiler water contracts, Closed system analysis, dosing control equipment & Legionella Control. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with clients.
A competitive salary of £47,500 per annum plus commission will be offered to the successful candidate. This is a remote-working opportunity with occasional office visits as required. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
The key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Prospecting and business development to achieve targets for commissions payable
- Selling Closed System contracts, Engineering aspects of Water Treatment, Chemical dosing control and chemical products, Steam Boiler water contracts, Closed system analysis, dosing control equipment & Legionella Control
- Managing own diary and generating own appointments
- Offering a consultative sales and Duty of Care approach to clients
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction
