Head of Engineering (NPD Mechanical) Opportunity

MARS Recruitment is partnering with a leading manufacturer of scientific instrumentation to find a highly skilled Head of Engineering (NPD Mechanical) to lead their Engineering and NPD team.

The successful candidate will have full accountability for Engineering and NPD, with the goal of delivering new products to market and achieving project deadlines. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned engineering professional to take on a leadership role and drive the company's product development forward.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead a multidisciplinary engineering design team with a mix of mechanical engineers and electronics/software/mechatronics.
  2. Deliver NPD projects in any technical engineering sector.
  3. Plan, control, and deliver NPD projects.

Requirements:

  1. Degree educated in a relevant Engineering Discipline; ideally Mechanical, however others will be considered.
  2. Experience in successfully delivering NPD projects.
  3. Expertise in planning, controlling, and delivering NPD projects.

What We Offer:
