Head of Engineering NPD Mechanical

Job Summary

MARS Recruitment is seeking an experienced Head of Engineering NPD Mechanical to lead our client's engineering team in the development of new products. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and experience in managing cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the engineering team in the development of new products, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement engineering strategies to drive business growth and improve product development processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless product development.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of engineering resources.
  • Identify and mitigate engineering risks to ensure project success.

About You

The successful candidate will have a degree in mechanical engineering or a related field and at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. They will have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.
