Account Development Executive

Olympus Recruitment is seeking an experienced Account Development Executive to join our team. As an Account Development Executive, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with new and existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who understands the value of strong relationships, has the resilience to overcome challenges, and can think creatively to find solutions. Your key responsibilities will include proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients, and achieving and exceeding sales targets. In return, we offer a competitive base salary of $55,000 with a generous commission structure, excellent exposure to highly successful leaders, clearly outlined stepping stones with career progression, and the chance to make a tangible impact in a growing company.
