We have seen spectacular growth in recent years particularly in sectors such as Rail, Aerospace, Mechanical Drives/Motors, Motorsport and Renewables, and we are therefore seeking a hardworking, ambitious individual to work alongside our Key Account Managers to support our existing customers and ongoing expansion within our main operating sectors.

Customer Account Executive

Duties

Day to Day Account Management including
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers
- Provide excellent customer service and support in dealing with both new and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and goals
- Maintain accurate records of activities and customer interactions.
- Communicating with customers to support and understand their requirements
- Maintaining an active communication with clients
- Maintaining customer data ensuring systems are up to date
- Working closely with Account Manager to ensure customers’ needs are met
- Assisting in developing and maintaining existing accounts and new business opportunities
- Reacting promptly and appropriately to any customer requirements
- Attend client meetings/progress calls as appropriate

Strong admin/communication skills at all levels

Effective problem solving capabilities

**Experience**:

- Experience in a similar or related role would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
- An aptitude or interest in being able to maintain / repair industrial tools and equipment would be an advantage, although not essential

Full Clean Driving Licence

Applicants must be 25 years old or over due to company insurance policy.

Willingness to travel

**Salary**: Negotiable dependent upon experience - £22k-£28k per annum basic +
OTE

Warehouse in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire

Schedule:

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme / Commission pay after qualifying period

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year + OTE
