About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Professional Systemic Therapist to join our team in working with complex adolescent families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systemic therapy and experience working with vulnerable groups in diverse ethnic communities.

You will be responsible for delivering therapy, developing our systemic practice model, and supporting staff in their work with young people and their families.

This is a challenging but rewarding role that offers the opportunity to make a real impact on the wellbeing of children and families.

Requirements
  • Experience in systemic therapy
  • Experience working with vulnerable groups in diverse ethnic communities
  • Good understanding of child development and relevant interventions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
