Senior Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Child and Adolescent Mental Health Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team at West London NHS Trust.
As a highly skilled CBT Therapist, you will be working in a full-time, permanent contract with the CCAMHS Team (Tier 2) in Hammersmith and Fulham.
The team offers targeted, early interventions to children and young people aged 0-18 who are experiencing mild-moderate mental health difficulties. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of professionals, including child and adolescent psychotherapists, systemic family psychotherapists, clinical and counselling psychologists, social workers, and other specialist therapists.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to ongoing professional development. You will have the chance to develop your skills in risk assessment and management, line management, and clinical supervision.
Main Responsibilities- You will work closely with colleagues to provide comprehensive assessments, develop risk management plans, and deliver specialist interventions from a CBT approach.
- As part of the team, you will contribute to the development of the CAMHS CBT pathway and offer line management and clinical supervision to junior CBT therapists and trainees.
- Additionally, you will participate in MDT discussions and support the growth of the team by developing relationships with local community organizations and partner agencies.
