Requirements
">- Previous customer service experience is essential.">
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools is desirable.">
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.">
