Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience is essential.">
  • Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Suite) and CRM tools is desirable.">
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.">
