Administrative Support Specialist

We are recruiting for a K2 Recruitment client seeking an experienced Client Account Administrator to join their busy team in Bicester. This role is based in an office environment, Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will provide administrative support, maintaining spreadsheets, arranging meetings and bookings in the diary, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and approved for project start dates. The successful candidate will work in an established company with highly valued clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and timely information within the company system.
- Notify relevant parties of project updates and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience in administration roles, working with regulations and compliance.
This role offers a competitive salary of £27,000 per annum.
