A confident and professional telephone manner is also essential, along with strong customer service skills and IT proficiency.

The salary for this position is approximately £21,800 per annum, which includes a range of benefits such as 23 days annual leave, rising to 28 days with service, plus bank holidays, free parking, pension contributions, life assurance, and EAP assistance.
