Job Description

Event Crowd Safety Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Event Crowd Safety Manager to join our team at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park - LLDC. As a key member of our event day safety team, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and enjoyable events for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to ensure the delivery of safe and enjoyable events.
  • Provide guidance and leadership to the team, enhancing the customer experience for our guests.
  • Develop and implement effective crowd safety strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and the venue safety certificate.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless event experience.
Requirements
  • Hold a Level 3 in Spectator Safety or above.
  • Hold a SIA Door Supervisor Licence.
  • Proven experience of leading large teams in a similar venue.
  • Demonstrable history of mentoring and developing supervisors.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.

How to Apply

All applicants must be over 18 years of age. Successful candidates must commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium. We would ask you to commit to any additional training required, such as customer service and online event-specific inductions.
