Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crowd Safety Supervisor to join our event day safety team at London Stadium. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe and enjoyable events for our guests.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to ensure compliance with the Spectator Safety Policy, relevant legislation, and the venue safety certificate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the delivery of safe and enjoyable events in accordance with the Spectator Safety Policy and relevant legislation.
  • Work closely with the London Stadium Safety Officer and the event day Crowd Safety Team to ensure a high level of safety and customer service.
  • Hold a Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety or above, as well as an SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where required) for specific roles leading SIA steward teams (if applicable).
  • Have worked in a similar capacity in a similar venue.
  • Commit to working 80% of the events at London Stadium.
  • Participate in additional training as required, such as customer service and online event specific inductions.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety or above.
  • SIA Door Supervisor Licence (where required) for specific roles leading SIA steward teams (if applicable).
  • Relevant experience in a similar capacity in a similar venue.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive event day rate, dependent on experience and event day role match (6 hour minimum shift). Non-guaranteed hours on an event by event basis.
