We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Talent Circle Recruitment. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering small and medium-scale projects from brief to onsite to post-event reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the event direction, including health and safety, operations, and sustainable practices.
  • Maintain regular client contact to ensure they are kept fully abreast of project progress.
  • Produce and act on all project documentation, including project plans for clients and internal documentation such as crew sheets and schedules.
  • Generate an accurate estimate of event costs and manage this up to final reconciliation post-event.
