Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse to join our team as a Unit Nurse Manager (Mental Health). In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning, managing, and monitoring the delivery of high-quality nursing and mental health care to our residents
- Assessing the needs of residents and implementing personalized care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on care outcomes
- Participating in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the care we provide
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current registration with the NMC as a Registered Nurse (RMN)
- Experience in providing care for older people and those with dementia
- A successful track record of developing and implementing effective care plans
- An up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices and regulatory frameworks
Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role is £60,000 per annum, with additional benefits including free learning and development opportunities, automatic enrolment into our profit share scheme, and holiday, retail, and leisure discounts.
