Role Overview
As a Band 6 SCPHN School Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care to children and young people across Lancashire. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective care plans, using evidence-based practice to drive positive change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs and development of care plans
- Participate in partnership working with other agencies and take a lead professional role where appropriate
- Use evidence-based practice to maintain a high-quality standard for Specialist Public Health Nurse/School Nursing practice

What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
