We are excited to offer a unique opportunity for a SCPHN School Nurse to join our team in Lancashire, UK. As a Band 6 SCPHN School Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to children and young people across the region.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public health nursing, with a passion for improving the health and wellbeing of children and families. You will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective care plans, using evidence-based practice to drive positive change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver the Healthy Child Programme, including assessment of health needs and development of care plans
  • Participate in partnership working with other agencies and take a lead professional role where appropriate
  • Use evidence-based practice to maintain a high-quality standard for Specialist Public Health Nurse/School Nursing practice
