**Job Summary:**

This is a unique opportunity for a qualified SCPHN School Nurse to bring their skills and experience to our dynamic team, working closely with children and young people to promote health and wellbeing.

**Responsibilities and Accountabilities:**

  • Deliver high-quality care and services to meet the health needs of children and young people in Lancashire.
  • Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care packages that meet the complex needs of our clients.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of the Healthy Child Programme, aligning with national standards and guidelines.

**Competitive Salary:**

We are offering a competitive Band 6 salary, estimated to be around £38-42k per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, along with full Agenda for Change terms and conditions.
