We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at Wytham Lodge. As a key member of our staff, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents and their families.

About the Job

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week. You will be required to work flexible shifts, including days and nights. The salary for this position is up to £48,757 per annum (based on 40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to residents, including assessing and planning individual care plans, administering medications, and providing personal care. You will also work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver comprehensive care and support services.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN and first-level nursing registration.
  • Knowledge of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
