Clinical Care Professional

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Wytham Lodge, a care home located in Burnley.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by the doctor.
- Conduct regular assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
- Supervise and support care assistants to ensure they are providing high-quality care and adhering to our policies and procedures.
- Participate in the development and implementation of care plans, including risk assessments and care reviews.
- Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records, including care plans, medication records, and incident reports.
Requirements:
- Valid Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, RNLD).
- Experience of working in a care home or similar setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, nights, and weekends.
- Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
