Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer accounts and assess creditworthiness
  • Ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices
  • Communicate with clients to address payment issues and negotiate repayment plans
  • Reconcile accounts and identify potential risks

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Credit Controller
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Numerate and logical with a strong attention to detail
