We are seeking a highly skilled Credit Control Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our Accounting & Finance Department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the timely payment of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain credit control processes to minimize bad debt and optimize cash flow.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure prompt payment of invoices and resolve any disputes.
  • Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial reports.
  • Update the accounting system with financial data and ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to the team's monthly financial reporting and analysis.
  • Deal with financial queries from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to strategic planning and process improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial legislation and best practice guidelines.
Requirements
  • A recognized qualification in Accounting or Finance.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and systems.
  • Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • A commitment to the values and mission of the Not For Profit sector.
