Manufacturing Expansion Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to help us expand our order intake in the rapidly growing UK market sector. Working closely with our Sector Leader and Sector Business Director, you will cultivate existing relationships, pursue new leads, and grow our UK workload.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to take on an Account Leader position, overseeing delivery of new work while driving revenue growth and brand awareness.
The key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a market sector growth plan in conjunction with our Sector Leader to drive revenue and raise brand awareness.
- Contributing to the Sector marketing and communications plan, including attending events, developing blogs and articles, and suggesting improvements.
- Creating plans for each client/opportunity as situations mature, incorporating Arcadis' strengths and positioning us as the consultant of choice.
- Collaborating with Value Proposition Leaders to target and tailor Arcadis value propositions into commercially viable offerings for the account.
- Helping develop and shape market-facing collateral to effectively market ourselves and demonstrate Arcadis' value.
- Managing pipeline and feeding opportunities into the business line pipeline to ensure optimal pursuit targets.
- Developing relationships within Arcadis to foster cooperation and maximize opportunities for cross-selling.
- Developing and leveraging a network of enduring relationships across the market, identifying client challenges/needs, and positioning Arcadis as a trusted partner.
- Ensuring compliance with Arcadis business initiatives and metrics, including Net Order Intake and revenue delivery, excellent customer experience (CX), and employee experience (EX).
Requirements & Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree and extensive experience in market-to-opportunity, pursuit-to-win, and account/client management within a multinational engineering or professional services firm.
- A proven track record of developing and implementing sales strategies to profitably grow client accounts.
- Demonstrable leadership capability and the ability to inspire multi-disciplinary teams around a common purpose.
- Succesful implementation of CX at individual client and strategic levels.
- A strong network of market contacts, both client and supply chain, that can be leveraged.
- Experience in leading complex pursuits at £1m+ revenue.
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
