Job Title: Cyber Security Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Architect to join our team at Sanderson. As a Cyber Security Architect, you will play a critical role in helping us build secure systems and stay ahead of emerging threats.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct threat assessments of IT solution designs and determine associated cybersecurity risks.
  • Design and implement cybersecurity controls to mitigate risks.
  • Review and assess IT and cybersecurity control changes.
  • Identify and prepare solutions to mitigate emerging risks.
  • Conduct periodic audits of cybersecurity control architectures.
  • Develop cybersecurity policies to meet business objectives.
  • Develop cybersecurity standards and non-functional requirements.
  • Assess threats to new and existing deployments using industry standards and help with adversary emulation using the MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Provide inputs for crisis management plans and information security management systems.
  • Participate in cybersecurity drills and review cybersecurity SOPs and process documentation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Systems Management, or equivalent field.
  • Appropriate certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
  • Proven background in a similar Cyber Security Architect role.
  • Good knowledge of the NIST Cyber Security Framework.
  • Familiarity with NCSC Cyber Security guidance.
  • Good understanding of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PCI-DSS.
  • Good understanding of IT security controls.
