Omni Channel Experience Lead

Key Responsibilities- Ecommerce Platform Development
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy that ensures our ecommerce platform remains modern and visually appealing, aligned with our brand aesthetic and seasonal campaigns.
- Ongoing optimisation of product listings, landing pages, and homepage merchandising to drive sales and provide a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling, high-quality content that resonates with our refined, artisanal identity.
- Manage stock visibility on the site, facilitating timely communication with supply and customer service teams to address product availability and customer inquiries.
- Digital Marketing & Analytics
- Execute and manage promotions and campaigns across all digital channels, strategically aligned with overall business goals and optimised for performance.
- Work closely with technical and creative teams to enhance site functionality, test new features, and implement quick adjustments as needed.
- Analyse web analytics and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and apply insights to enhance the customer journey and increase conversions.
- Contribute to the development of our digital roadmap, ensuring our website evolves in line with customer expectations and market trends.
- Customer-Centric Approach
- Assist with weekly performance reports, analysing key metrics, identifying trends, and recommending strategic actions to improve sales performance.
- Help define and execute trading plans with innovative and creative ideas, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
- Stay informed about competitor strategies and ecommerce trends to maintain our position as a leader in the industry.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year.
