About the Role: This senior marketing role will involve leading our B2B marketing efforts in the UK and USA, driving lead generation through digital marketing channels, and increasing brand awareness among corporate clients. You will also be responsible for reviewing and improving the performance of our B2B marketing channels and developing a strategy to expand our omni-channel marketing capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage UK and USA B2B Digital Marketing strategy
  • Drive digital lead generation for B2B through email, social media, PPC, SEO, and events
  • Create new business email campaigns in both territories
  • Manage our PR agency relationship and media coverage across HR and B2B publications
  • Liaise with external marketing partners
