Job Title: B2B Business Development Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a B2B Business Development Manager to join our team at the London branch of Royal Bank of Canada. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract new B2B customers, deepen existing client relationships, and increase our share of wallet.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to target B2B channels and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with sales processes and maximize the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure maximum ROI
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer behaviors
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies to attract new leads and convert them into qualified sales opportunities

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and business development
  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies and tactics, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
