We are seeking a dedicated and passionate SEMH Mentor to join our partner secondary school in West Leeds. This full-time position offers a competitive daily rate of £90 - £120, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide vital support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs on a one-to-one or group basis.
- Develop and implement school plans and strategies to improve student well-being and engagement.
- Collaborate with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external services to provide holistic support.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to the wider school team.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Support students with emotional and behavioral challenges.
- Experience working with students with SEMH or other additional needs (preferably in a school setting).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
