We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a highly effective Inclusion Specialist Teacher to join our team at our Reception and KS1 Cognition and Learning Resource Base.

As an Inclusion Specialist Teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality educational support to pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

The ideal candidate will have experience working with SEND pupils and a passion for inclusion and integration. You will be committed to delivering outstanding teaching and learning experiences that cater to the diverse needs of our students.

We offer a competitive salary package, including £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include excellent Continuing Professional Development (CPD) opportunities, a strong culture of wellbeing, and supportive parents and Governors.

In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement inclusive lesson plans
  • Provide individualized support to pupils with SEND, promoting their academic and social growth
  • Maintain accurate records of pupil progress and contribute to regular review meetings
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and deliver training sessions on inclusion and SEND best practices
