A SEN Teacher is required to work with students who have a range of additional needs at a Special Needs School in the Highgate area. The successful candidate will work closely with students, creating personalized working plans and fostering an inclusive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a QTS and have experience teaching students with SEN. They will be responsible for planning and delivering lessons, adapting teaching strategies to support students with diverse needs, and collaborating with staff to provide comprehensive support.

In this role, you will:

  1. Plan and deliver personalized lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN students.
  2. Adapt teaching strategies to support students with a range of needs, including Autism, ADHD, and other learning difficulties.
  3. Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, specialists, and other staff to provide holistic support.
  4. Develop and implement IEPs to meet the unique needs of each student.
  5. Stay up-to-date with best practices in SEN teaching to ensure high-quality instruction.
