Inclusive Learning Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Inclusive Learning Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. The successful candidate will have experience working with students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and be passionate about providing high-quality support in mainstream schools in Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:- Support students with SEND in accessing the mainstream curriculum.
- Assist with personal care and mobility needs.
- Foster positive relationships between students with SEND and their peers.
- Proven experience working with students with SEND.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent.
- A valid DBS check.
- A commitment to supporting students with SEND.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
